Family Law
A large portion of our practice is devoted representing clients
in family law matters such as divorce, child support, custody and
visitation, spousal maintenance (alimony), division of marital property,
separation agreements, pre-marital agreements, modification of custody
and support orders, and adoption. We understand that divorce is
only the legal end of a marriage and that the relationship, especially
when there are children involved, will continue. We work with our
clients and their family members to develop agreements on these
difficult issues that will work for them. When parties are unreasonable,
we will aggressively litigate to see that our client’s goals and
interests are protected and respected.
Criminal Defense
We also represent clients who have been charged with a crime. Whether
you are facing a misdemeanor or a felony, a conviction can mean
fines, court costs, and even jail or prison time. We will provide
you with an honest evaluation of the evidence against you, and we
will zealously defend you against criminal charges from arraignment,
through plea negotiations, and at trial if necessary. Do not face
